Required formalities |

The following steps need to be followed in order to open an account BT TRADE: |

Follow the link New Client. Carefully read the Terms and conditions disclaimer, including the references. If you do not agree with the terms, you will not be able to receive the user and password necessary in order to use the BT TRADE service. |

Fill in the Online Form, choosing your type of account. This forms needs to be thoroughly completed. After filling in the form your demand will be registered with the system. |

| |
You will receive by mail, at the mailing address specified in the online form, the Contract and the Open Account Form, which must be filled in, signed/stamped (in 2 copies). |

| |
After having read, completed and signed/stamped the forms, we kindly ask you to send them by mail with confirmation upon receipt ( in 2 copies ), together with all necessary forms needed in order to open an account and with proof of the initial sum to be invested deposit. You can also bring the personally. |

| |
Opening an account for a client will be performed after having received the original forms and the proof of the deposit for initializing the BT TRADE service. |

| |
At the e-mail address that was specified on the Online Form you will receive the username and 2 passwords needed to access and use the BT TRADE service. |
| |

| |
Upon accessing the service for the first time, we kindly ask you to change the 2 passwords . |

|
|
| |
You will receive at the address that you specified in the Online Form, a copy of the Contract and Open Account Form filled in,, signed and stamped by BT Securities. |
